This role requires a strategic leader who can drive account acquisition, reactivation of dormant clients, and expansion into new markets. Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Dormant Account & New Account Acquisition team, ensuring performance is aligned with monthly KPIs.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
- Expand market presence by acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Reactivate dormant clients and accounts to maximize business opportunities.
- Design, implement, and monitor sales strategies, pipeline planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and client success.
- Guide, mentor, and motivate sales teams to deliver strong performance.
- Act as a problem-solver by identifying challenges in the sales cycle and proposing actionable solutions.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and recommend improvements to accelerate conversions.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations for business synergy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Lead Generation, or related roles.
- Proven track record in managing B2B enterprise clients and driving long-cycle deal conversions.
- Prior leadership experience in managing sales teams is required.
- Preferably with exposure to competitor companies in IT Consulting or related industries.
- Proficient in CRM systems and pipeline tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Skilled in strategic negotiation and deal closing.
- Ability to develop actionable sales plans and accurately forecast performance.
