Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a prominent company in the Printing and Medical Imaging industry in South Jakarta, who are looking for talent for US Clinical Application Specialist. This role is responsible for providing end-to-end clinical and technical support for ultrasound diagnostic products. This role plays a critical part in bridging the gap between clinical excellence and commercial success by managing product demonstrations, conducting professional training, and fostering relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and distributors. The position requires a certified clinical professional who can navigate the complexities of both pre-sales and after-sales environments.
Job Description:
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients and healthcare professionals.
- Technical & Clinical Support: Handle equipment installation, user training, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance at clinical sites.
- Sales & Distributor Support: Provide clinical expertise to the sales team and manage relationships with distributors to drive product adoption.
- KOL Management: Engage and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the radiology and medical imaging community.
- Market Intelligence: Support marketing initiatives and conduct market research to identify trends, competitor movements, and new business opportunities.
- After-Sales Service: Act as the primary clinical point of contact for post-installation queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient device utilization.
Requirements:
- Certified Radiographer (STR Aktif diutamakan).
- Proven experience as a Clinical Application Specialist, specifically in Ultrasound (US) products.
- Solid experience in Sales Support and Distributor Management within the medical device industry.
- Fluent in English (Business level), both written and spoken, for reporting and international coordination.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Age range: 20s – 30s (Dynamic and mobile).
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta and travel to clinical sites as required.
