Tax Specialist - Oil & Gas Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and report monthly income tax, all article and value added tax (VAT)
- Collect and verify Tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) from vendor
- Reconcile prepaid tax, all with holding tax (WHT) & Value added tax (VAT)
- Stay update with Indonesia new Tax Regulations
- Responsible to input VAT, PPh4(2), PPh21, PPh22, PPh23, SPT Badan dan e-SPT
- Issue all tax slip (bukti potong) and distribute to individuals or vendors
- Ensure equalization of VAT, annual tax, and periodic PPh
- Fill all tax document according to period and Article
- Assist for Accounting and internal (or External) Audit*
Requirements:
- D4/S1 Accounting/Tax with minimum 3 years experiences in taxation
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in e-filling, e-billing, e-SPT o Brevet A & B certificate is preferable
- Good communication skill and fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of the latest in tax law, especially in oil & gas industry
- Detail oriented, responsible and able to do administration task accurately
- Good planning & organizing skill
- Fluent in English
