Supply Chain Manager (Tangerang Based) - FMCG Industry
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a growing FMCG company in Tangerang, who are looking for talent for Supply Chain Manager. This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational activities within the supply chain, with a strong focus on optimizing service levels, inventory management, and logistics cost efficiency. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the balance between production planning, warehouse management, and distribution speed to meet corporate growth targets. The position requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in the food and beverage industry and a proven track record of managing complex supply chain dimensions.
Job Description:
- Operational Oversight: Lead and manage the entire supply chain function, ensuring key performance metrics such as Service Level, DSI (Days Sales Inventory), and Logistics Cost Ratios are achieved.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels (DSI) and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for production to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Cost Control: Optimize the Logistics Cost Ratio and minimize the Disposal Ratio to enhance overall operational profitability.
- Vendor & Logistics Management: Select and manage logistics vendors based on cost-efficiency and delivery speed; approve related warehouse and distribution fees.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing regarding forecasting and PO management, and with Finance regarding logistics and disposal costs.
- External Relations: Manage relationships with contract manufacturers (Maklon) and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless production and delivery.
- Reporting & Strategy: Develop and implement SOPs in line with management direction and provide regular updates on supply chain performance to the Operational Director.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager, specifically within the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Strong technical expertise in Inventory Management, Logistics Management, and Supply Chain Costing.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision or similar Warehouse/Transportation Management Systems).
- Possess strong Negotiation, Interpersonal, and Managerial skills.
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Willing to travel for business and potentially be placed in various company branches.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang.
