Specifier Specialist - Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities :
- Prospect and secure deal on system specification to B2B clients (architects, developers / owners) before handover it to sales teams.
- Make sure the techincal datas of the products & systems meet the international standards and customers' needs.
- Conduct meeting, presentation, and events to share building general & specific knowledges, products & systems that Yoshino Gypsum Indonesia has.
- Build & maintain networking to architects, developers or owners, contractors, distributors and applicators.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Preferably 25-35 years old
- Have a minimum of 2+ years as a Specifier, with strong preference given to experience in the Building Material Industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCad and English
- Knowledge of reading and applying drawings using an application
- Have a valid C & A driving license
- Have a good relationship with architect consultants, developers, contractors, business owners
- Have a competitive spirit, energetic, communicative, can work independently but with good teamwork, honest, and enthusiastic.
- Male or Female.
- Willing to work in Jakarta office ( Wisma Keiai ).
- Probation 3 month for permanents.
