Job Responsibilities :

Prospect and secure deal on system specification to B2B clients (architects, developers / owners) before handover it to sales teams.
Make sure the techincal datas of the products & systems meet the international standards and customers' needs.
Conduct meeting, presentation, and events to share building general & specific knowledges, products & systems that Yoshino Gypsum Indonesia has.
Build & maintain networking to architects, developers or owners, contractors, distributors and applicators.

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Preferably 25-35 years old
Have a minimum of 2+ years as a Specifier, with strong preference given to experience in the Building Material Industry
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCad and English
Knowledge of reading and applying drawings using an application
Have a valid C & A driving license
Have a good relationship with architect consultants, developers, contractors, business owners
Have a competitive spirit, energetic, communicative, can work independently but with good teamwork, honest, and enthusiastic.
