Job Description:
- Install and configure CR, DR, and X-ray systems, including consoles, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Provide onsite support during installation and post-installation phases to guarantee system functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to resolve system issues effectively.
- Deliver proactive after-sales support to enhance customer experience, success, and brand reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless coordination of service activities.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation for all installations and repairs.
- Stay informed about product updates, new technologies, and industry standards related to medical imaging systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Diploma degree or higher in Electro-Medical Engineering (ATEM) or related discipline.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer handling general X-ray systems.
- Prior experience working with global leading principals of X-ray diagnostic devices is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
