Job Description:

Oversee inventory management, logistics and procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing costs, and on-time delivery.
Develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan aligned with overall project objectives and budget.
Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to forecast demand for parts and materials.
Understand internal category profile through various analysis covering Internal demand dynamics, spend analysis (SKU, suppliers, purchase price, total cost of ownership model impact to P&L savings, etc).
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Responsible for overall Inventory Management, maintain accurate inventory records for all parts and components & develop inventory control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

Educational background typically includes a degree in Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement material management, logistics, or related fields, with at least 3-year exposure in leadership capacity within the coal mining sector.
Passionate and dynamic individual with strong leadership skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Have strong commercial sense and technical knowledge regarding heavy equipments and heavy vehicle.
Preferably have experience from Coal Mining industry.
Fluent in English both written or spoken.
