Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Automotive Company, who are looking for talent for Senior Sales Executive. This role will be responsible for driving marketing and sales activities within the Indonesian automotive market, with a focus on both two-wheel and four-wheel vehicle manufacturers. This role plays a critical part in market targeting, pricing strategy, promotion, and collection management, while also supporting customers with regulatory-related requirements. The position requires a commercially driven professional with strong industry relationships, strategic thinking capability, and long-term career stability.

Job Description:
- Plan and execute marketing and sales activities within the Indonesian automotive industry, including market targeting, sales planning, pricing, promotion, and collection management.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Indonesian and multinational automotive manufacturers, including 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicle producers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the automotive sector.
- Work closely with traders and distributors to strengthen market penetration and sales performance.
- Provide regulatory-related assistance and guidance to customers to support smooth business operations.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure sustainable, long-term account development while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Male or Female.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing roles within the plastics, chemical, or automotive industries.
- Proven experience working with traders and distributors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Holds a valid 4-wheel (SIM A) driving license.
- Well-established relationships with local and multinational automotive manufacturers.
- Logical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented.
- Demonstrates strong long-term career stability, with a minimum tenure of 5 years or more in each previous company; frequent job changes are not acceptable.
