Senior Operation Manager (Jakarta Based) - Food & Beverage

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with F&B, especially coffee  Company, who are looking for talent for their Senior Operation Manager This position will be responsible for lead and scale our F&B business operations in Indonesia. This role is critical in translating strategy into action, optimizing store performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and building a strong and consistent retail network. You will work cross-functionally with key departments and drive operational excellence across all touchpoints.

  • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO), Full-time

Job Description:

  •  Develop and execute operational plans to support the company’s expansion and performance across Indonesia.
  • Translate business strategy into monthly and quarterly action plans with clear KPIs.
  • Establish and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for store operations, from openings to day-to-day service.
  • Set and monitor performance targets, including sales, cost control, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Analyze store performance data and implement operational enhancements to drive results.
  • Conduct regular store visits to observe frontline operations and address operational challenges.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store operations team, building a high-performing culture.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Provide insights and customer feedback from the field to improve product offerings and service.
  • Build and manage a consistent store network aligned with the company’s brand standards and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the F&B or FMCG sector.
  • At least 3 years in a multi-store management role with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in scaling operations from early stages (0–1) and managing 100+ outlets is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, execution, and strategic planning skills.
  • Data-driven mindset; proficient in using metrics to guide decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Passionate about the F&B industry, especially coffee and retail innovation.
