Senior Human Resources Manager (Mandarin Speaker) - Jakarta Based

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with E-cigarette Company, who are looking for talent for their Senior HR Manager. This position will be responsible for Lead recruitment efforts to attract talent with international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Develop forward-looking HR strategic plans aligned with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular talent audits to identify gaps in key positions and talent performance.
  • Understand business dynamics to support talent mapping and strategic headhunting.
  • Establish talent pipelines through university partnerships, especially with top universities in Indonesia.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract talent with international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Optimize recruitment processes with structured and effective evaluation systems.
  • Integrate and restructure teams to increase organizational efficiency.
  • Identify and manage core staff, high-potential employees, and underperformers.
  • Promote performance management systems and talent retention strategies
  • Develop comprehensive employee training programs covering skills, communication, and leadership.
  • Organize training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Offer career guidance and growth opportunities.
  • Act as a communication bridge between management and employees.
  • Address grievances and resolve internal conflicts.
  • Organize team-building activities and promote cultural alignment.
  • Participate in designing and improving competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Conduct salary surveys and develop bonus/incentive plans.
  • Support organizational restructuring to improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive change management initiatives and implement corporate transformation plans.
  • Foster and spread corporate culture across local and overseas teams.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employment contracts, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Conduct regular compliance training to mitigate legal risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Strong experience in international HR management and global marketing environments.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • Sharp market insight and strong competitive analysis skills.
  • Extensive experience in talent management and organizational development.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination abilities.
  • Capable of managing complex employee relations and ensuring organizational stability.
