Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Construction and Building Materials Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales Sealant /ACP Facade. This position will be responsible for Conduct regular visits to potential clients including architects, developers, contractors, government agencies (PU, PR), and ongoing projects.

Job Description:
- Conduct regular visits to potential clients including architects, developers, contractors, government agencies (PU, PR), and ongoing projects.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure target achievements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively seek out new potential clients.
- Create detailed and measurable sales plans for key projects.
- Promote and expand product presence to consultants for both government and private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team to meet sales targets and company growth goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market reach and customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
- Effectively manage sales and marketing budgets.
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during product delivery and implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the building materials industry, specifically ACP Facade and sealant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under pressure and target-oriented.
- Proven experience in selling building material products to both private and government projects.
- Excellent planning, analytical thinking, and strategic marketing skills.
- Willing to travel for business (possesses a valid SIM C driver’s license).
