Sales & Marketing Executive (Jakarta Based) - Coatings Distribution

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Coatings Distribution Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales & Marketing Executive. This role involves identifying project opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies across key industry segments including contractors, developers, interior designers, and architects. You will play a vital role in promoting our architectural coating solutions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth.

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property developers, interior designers, and architectural firms.
  • Identify new project leads and business opportunities within the building and construction sector.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales approach.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Liaise with technical and operational teams to ensure project success and after-sales support.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Keep up-to-date with product developments and innovations in the coating and design industry.

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing, ideally in paint, coatings, or building materials.
  • Industry network in construction, design, or property development is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, talkative, and pleasant personality; enjoys interacting with clients.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales tools.
  • Able to fluently communicate in English, both written and spoken.
  • Must own personal transportation (preferably car).
