Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Coatings Distribution Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales & Marketing Executive. This role involves identifying project opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies across key industry segments including contractors, developers, interior designers, and architects. You will play a vital role in promoting our architectural coating solutions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth.

Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property developers, interior designers, and architectural firms.
- Identify new project leads and business opportunities within the building and construction sector.
- Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales approach.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Liaise with technical and operational teams to ensure project success and after-sales support.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
- Keep up-to-date with product developments and innovations in the coating and design industry.
Requirements:
- Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing, ideally in paint, coatings, or building materials.
- Industry network in construction, design, or property development is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident, talkative, and pleasant personality; enjoys interacting with clients.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales tools.
- Able to fluently communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Must own personal transportation (preferably car).
