Job Description:
- Lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth for SHM systems in major infrastructure projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing key accounts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and contract closure.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, government agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to SHM and smart infrastructure solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or solution sales within construction, instrumentation, or infrastructure industries.
- In-depth knowledge of SHM systems, sensors, or structural monitoring technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients across multiple regions.
