MS Division – Automotive / Plastics / Chemicals
Job Description:
- Lead marketing and sales efforts within Indonesia’s automotive industry (2-wheeler & 4-wheeler).
- Conduct market targeting, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and collection.
- Provide regulatory support to customers and ensure compliance with local standards.
- Analyze and summarize sales performance using Excel and reporting tools.
- Strengthen and expand business with Indonesian and multinational automotive manufacturers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing in automotive, plastics, or chemical sectors.
- Prior experience in trading/distribution companies preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent English proficiency (oral & written).
- Proficient in Excel and sales data analysis.
- Open-minded with positive attitude towards learning and collaboration.
- Holder of a 4-wheel driver’s license.
- Strong existing relationships with key industry players (e.g., OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers).
CIP Division – Plastics / Trading / Distribution
Job Description:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Perform regular sales reporting and market updates to management.
- Work closely with distributors and trading partners to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
Requirements:
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in sales, especially in plastics or trading/distribution sectors.
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Highly motivated, aggressive, and result-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
