Sales Executive (Jakarta Based) - MS Division & CIP Division

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Trading Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales Executive. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, targeting relevant industries, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Both roles require strong English communication, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

MS Division – Automotive / Plastics / Chemicals

Job Description:

  • Lead marketing and sales efforts within Indonesia’s automotive industry (2-wheeler & 4-wheeler).
  • Conduct market targeting, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and collection.
  • Provide regulatory support to customers and ensure compliance with local standards.
  • Analyze and summarize sales performance using Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strengthen and expand business with Indonesian and multinational automotive manufacturers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing in automotive, plastics, or chemical sectors.
  • Prior experience in trading/distribution companies preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent English proficiency (oral & written).
  • Proficient in Excel and sales data analysis.
  • Open-minded with positive attitude towards learning and collaboration.
  • Holder of a 4-wheel driver’s license.
  • Strong existing relationships with key industry players (e.g., OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers).

CIP Division – Plastics / Trading / Distribution 

Job Description:

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Perform regular sales reporting and market updates to management.
  • Work closely with distributors and trading partners to ensure consistent pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in sales, especially in plastics or trading/distribution sectors.
  • Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Highly motivated, aggressive, and result-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
