Sales Executive (Jakarta Based) – Cybersecurity & Privacy
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Cybersecurity & Privacy Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales Executive. In this role, you will work closely with senior decision-makers across banking, government, education, and private sectors to promote and sell cybersecurity and compliance solutions. With your deep knowledge of cyber risks and regulatory landscapes, you will act as a trusted advisor, influencing clients' digital strategies while contributing to a more secure digital environment in Indonesia.

Job Description:
- Acquire new B2B clients and manage strategic accounts in sectors such as finance, government, education, and corporate.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Engage C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, Compliance Officers) as a trusted consultant on cybersecurity and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop customized proposals and lead solution presentations tailored to client needs.
- Educate clients on regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, OJK, BSSN, and Indonesian data protection laws.
- Work closely with international sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful deal closure.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to market education and thought leadership around cybersecurity resilience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, vendor risk management, local data protection laws).
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong network in both public and private sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to present confidently to C-level audiences and build long-term relationships.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in SaaS, governance risk & compliance (GRC), or enterprise security sales.
- Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, GRC tools, or cyber maturity models.
- Experience in working with international teams or regional markets.
