This position will be reporting to CEO and will be responsible for Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Drive pricing and promotional strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales leadership within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG distribution channels, retail dynamics, and market trends.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze sales metrics and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
