Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Real estate (luxurious business and office district) Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales and Marketing Manager. This position will be responsible for Identify and reach potential tenants through active networking, engaging in group industry and focus on building good relationships.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, to promote and generate sales.
- Identify and reach potential tenants through active networking, engaging in group industry and focus on building good relationships.
- Manage the leasing or buying process.
- Manage and lead property preparation based on market needs.
- Research and analyse market trends, maintain a perceptive understanding of industry shifts.
- Collaborate and coordinate with property management team to provide a positive tenant experience.
- Managing sales and performance report, and related administrative works
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience as Property Marketing Manager.
- Have strong and good business network with office property management/office property consultant; as well with business owners (such as logistic company, shipping company, consumer goods, etc).
- Good communication skills, highly self-motivated and target oriented.
- Could work well independently or as a part of a team.
