Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Building Materials / Construction Company, who are looking for talent for Sales and Marketing Executive. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the building and construction sector. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and interior design consultants, while actively identifying new project opportunities and delivering effective product solutions. The position plays a key role in achieving sales targets, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting long-term business growth in the Medan market.

Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, interior designers, and architectural firms.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and project leads within the building and construction industry.
- Present and promote company products through product demonstrations, technical consultations, and professional sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives and growth plans.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective after-sales support.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry insights to deliver innovative and value-added solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within building materials, construction, or architectural-related industries.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, ideally in architectural coatings, paint, or building materials.
- Strong professional network within the construction, property development, and design industries is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Presentable, confident, communicative, and personable.
- Holds a valid driving license and owns personal transportation (car preferred).
