Sales Admin (Jakarta Based) - Coatings Distribution
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Coatings Distribution Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales Admin. This role plays a crucial part in managing administrative processes such as sample coordination, documentation preparation, stock monitoring, and internal communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Job Description:
- Maintain and update the Sample Board Request Log daily.
- Generate Wet Sample and Sample Board requests based on inputs from the Sales team; record transactions using Kintone system.
- Coordinate sample shipments with the factory and sales office.
- Liaise with logistics team for overseas sample requests and deliveries.
- Manage dispatch and receipt of customer samples efficiently.
- Assist the sales team with guest hospitality, including preparing snacks and handling customer visits.
- Personally deliver or collect sample boards to/from customers as needed.
- Track and calculate monthly catalogue stock levels.
- Purchase brochures/catalogues from local vendors and coordinate imports from Japan on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare sales quotations based on customer requests and ensure accuracy.
- Provide document support such as drafting information letters, warranty letters, and supporting documents.
- Compile and submit the Monthly Sales Report to the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Female
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Administration or Marketing Support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with various departments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
