Sales Admin – Building Materials (Jakarta Based)

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Construction and Building Materials Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales Admin – Building Materials. This position will be responsible for Actively search for new customers, including both state-owned (BUMN) and private sector clients.

Job Description:

Create and monitor sales targets and budgets.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve company sales goals.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
Handle problem-solving related to sales or customer issues.
Actively search for new customers, including both state-owned (BUMN) and private sector clients.
Organize and supervise the performance and tasks of the sales team.

Requirements:

Minimum education: D3/S1 in any major (preferred: Administration, Architecture, or Engineering).
Experience in Sales Administration, especially in building material industries such as Vinyl, Polycarbonate, Roofing, Toilet Cubicles, Ceiling Panels, Aluminum, Gypsum, or PVC.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong network and professional relationships with owners, contractors, sub-distributors, consultants, etc.
Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented, honest, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet tools.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
