Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Chemical Manufacturing and Distribution of Flavors, Fragrances, Essential Company, who are looking for talent for their Recruitment & Human Resources Assistant Manager This position will be responsible for support talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement. This role involves managing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing training and development, and enhancing performance management systems. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will handle HR reporting and documentation to support strategic HR initiatives.

Job Description:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the company, including flavorists, Perfumists, QC staff, and more.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment process from job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, employee benefits, compensation packages, and performance management systems.
- Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work culture by supporting employee development initiatives, ensuring job satisfaction, and enhancing retention rates.
- Training & Development: Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Performance Management: Manage employee performance evaluations, feedback systems, and development plans to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.
- HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management and provide strategic recommendations.
- Recruitment Documentations: Handling employee admission documents and other matters related to recruitment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee management.
- Experience in the flavor, fragrance, or food industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of HR policies, employee engagement, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven ability to lead and build a cohesive HR team.
