R&D Senior Executive (Medan Based) - Palm Oil Refinery And Packaging
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Palm Oil Refinery And Packaging Company, who are looking for talent for their R&D Senior Executive This position will be reporting to R&D Manager and will be responsible for lead research and development efforts, focusing on fat and oil products and packaging solutions. Responsibilities include developing new formulations, improving existing products, and ensuring packaging innovations align with sustainability and performance goals. This role involves managing projects from concept to production, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and consumer satisfaction.
- Industry: Palm Oil Manufacture - Refinery & Fractionation Plant and Packaging
- Fulltime position, on-site with regular working hours Monday - Saturday
- Benefit: Leave Balance 30 days in a year, Work Permit and Housing providing

Job Description:
- Oversee and drive research and development initiatives focused on both fat and oil products and their packaging solutions.
- Develop new product formulations, improving existing products, and ensuring that packaging innovations meet the company's sustainability and performance goals.
- The individual will lead projects from concept through to production, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and consumer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Food Technology
- Minimum 10 years experiences in same position or same level (similar industry will be advantage)
- Strong communication, presentation & problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
- Professional and mature attitude
- Proficient in English is a MUST
