Quantity Surveyor (Jakarta Based) - Local Painting Contractor
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Local Painting Contractor Company, who are looking for talent for Quantity Surveyor. This role will be responsible for managing cost estimation, budgeting, and project progress reporting for painting and construction projects. This position involves calculating work volumes, preparing project budgets, and ensuring all financial and material estimations align with technical drawings and project requirements. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication with contractors and project owners.

Job Description:
- Prepare and calculate project budgets (RAB) and work volumes.
- Create weekly progress reports and project mapping.
- Prepare progress reports and invoices for contractors or project owners.
- Conduct material volume analysis and ensure accuracy in estimations.
- Read and interpret working drawings and AutoCAD files.
- Support the team in ensuring project execution aligns with financial and technical standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Vocational High School (DPIB major) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a contractor environment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, professional, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience managing QS administrative processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Own personal transportation and willing to travel frequently.
