QC Section Head Medan Based - Palm Oil Manufacture - Refinary & Fractionation Plant and Packaging

This position will be reporting to Plant Manager and will be responsible for Ensuring all quality assurance of product refer to standard qualification ISO, HАССР, Halal, RSPO, Kosher and Customer Requirement

Fulltime position, on-site with regular working hours Monday - Saturday

Job Description :
- Empowering all resources in effective and healthy environment
- Ensure performance man power maintain as per standard procedure
- Ensure all quality assurance of product refer to standard qualification ISO, HАССР, Halal, RSPO, Kosher and Customer Requirement
- Lead team QC in Bright Stars Performance with target zero customer complaint
- Develop QC Team in succession career plan
- Improve standard quality product (oil & shortening) for excellent level quality in market
- Enforce some duties from QC Manager, Plant Manager and Management with good performance
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Chemist or Chemist Industry or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experiences in same position or same level
- Active, Smart and Innovative for any idea in controlling and reduce customer complaint data)
- Strong communication, presentation & problem solving skills and Packaging Industry at least 5 years.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good leadership, communication skill, & good personality
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Professional and mature attitude
- Familiar work Independently and strong Initiatively
- Proficient in English is a MUST
