This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and company standards. Job Description:
- Apply project management standards and best practices throughout the project life cycle while ensuring goals are achieved.
- Manage project material delivery according to schedule and delivery terms.
- Plan and oversee project execution in line with company and client expectations.
- Maintain project billing cycles in accordance with agreed payment terms.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within the defined timeline and approved by users.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
- Familiarity with field instrumentation products.
- Strong integrity, discipline, and commitment to project schedules and requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents such as P&ID, wiring diagrams, and logic diagrams.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Work Breakdown Structure, Microsoft Project, and S-Curve analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.
