This role will be responsible for driving world-class customer support and service product sales across the territory, with a focus on spare parts, upgrades, and maintenance contracts. This role plays a critical part in key account management, market intelligence, and technical sales strategy to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Job Description:
- Customer Excellence: Provide world-class support through regular site visits and close collaboration to proactively address customer needs and expectations.
- Service Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales objectives for spare parts, upgrades, retrofits, field service labor, and maintenance contracts (Maintenance+/Helpline+).
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, following up through the entire sales cycle until closing with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Key Account Management: Manage full awareness of customer budgets, machine conditions, and potential, serving as the primary interface for key clients.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and new products while utilizing SALESFORCE to record all opportunities and sales stages.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers and Field Service Technicians to share information and assist in "machine down" situations when appropriate.
- Reporting & Strategy: Communicate regularly with the SEA Zone Service Director and participate in regional service meetings, trade shows, and professional events.
Requirements:
- Male, with a maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Technical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in technical sales or technical support within the machinery or trading equipment industry.
- Proven ability to make "Go/No-Go" decisions on business opportunities based on strategic evaluation.
- Strong "Self-Starter" mentality with a high level of ownership and flexibility.
- Willing to be based in the West Jakarta area with regular travel to customer sites.
