Operation Center Agent (Jakarta Based) - Sport Automotive Industry

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a prestigious Sport Automotive Company, who are looking for talent for Operation Center Agent. This role will be responsible for providing proactive monitoring and real-time visibility into the performance of all production systems, batch jobs, and critical business processes. This role plays a critical part in the incident management lifecycle, acting as a bridge between the Global Service Desk and local infrastructure to ensure minimal disruption to 24/7 operations. The position requires a technically skilled professional with at least 2 years of experience in application support, a solid grasp of ITIL practices, and the flexibility to work in a rotating shift environment.

Job Description:

  • Proactive Monitoring: Identify and escalate technical issues impacting software and IT processes using advanced monitoring tools before they affect end-users.
  • Incident Coordination: Take ownership of major incidents, acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders and providing clear status updates to business and I&T teams.
  • Technical Support & Triage: Support the Global Service Desk and Cyber Security teams through effective triage, escalation, and participation in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Change Oversight: Monitor post-maintenance activities across the IT infrastructure to validate successful implementation and ensure systems operate as planned.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all production and batch jobs complete on schedule and coordinate with third-party providers for incident resolution.
  • Facility Monitoring: Assist in the maintenance of data center facilities to ensure optimal environmental conditions for all IT equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT-related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Application Support experience in a medium to large-sized corporate environment.
  • Solid hands-on technical experience in at least one primary domain: SAP operations, Network, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices and experience in multi-site infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory for daily coordination with the company’s global workforce and leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Must be available to work on a shift schedule covering a 24/7 operation.
  • Experience in both end-user and manufacturing facility IT environments is a plus.
