Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Construction and Building Materials Company, who are looking for talent for their Operating Manager (Assistant Manager) – Sales Sealant Structural & Precast. This position will be responsible for Promote and market structural sealant and precast products to consultants and decision-makers involved in government and private construction projects.

Job Description:
- Conduct regular client visits including architects, developers, contractors, BUMN (state-owned enterprises), public works (PU & PR), and ongoing projects.
- Lead and coordinate the sales team to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively source new business opportunities.
- Develop detailed and measurable sales strategies and project plans.
- Promote and market structural sealant and precast products to consultants and decision-makers involved in government and private construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, identify potential business opportunities, and deliver innovative customer solutions.
- Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively and responsibly.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team to maximize results.
- Ensure product delivery processes meet company standards for quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Strong experience in building materials, especially ACP Facade, Structural Sealant, and Precast systems.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership qualities, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently.
- Target-driven, fast-paced, and high-performing.
- Proven track record in selling to government and private sector projects.
- Skilled in sales planning, market analysis, and strategic execution.
- Able to work independently and in teams.
- Holds a valid SIM A and SIM C.
- Willing to travel for business trips.
