Job Description:
- Network Strategy & Planning: Establish and execute 5-year network planning methodologies based on KPIs such as local business potential and vehicle registration data.
- Dealer Selection & Appointment: Define dealer selection criteria (financial strength, operational capability, location standards) and manage a transparent, stakeholder-involved appointment process.
- Project Management: Oversee the timely opening of new dealerships using professional project management mechanisms aligned with volume and sales planning.
- Onboarding & Support: Coordinate comprehensive onboarding and training for new partners to ensure successful integration with company tools and systems.
- Performance Management: Revitalize dealer performance tools, including commercial policies, distributor agreements, and retail standards.
- Monitoring & Escalation: Establish performance monitoring mechanisms (monthly targets, management completion) and develop action plans or escalation processes when necessary.
- Legal & Compliance: Manage the dealer legal process, including contracts, agreements, terminations, and regular dealer council hosting.
- Market Opportunity: Identify untapped markets and optimize existing coverage, including exploring cooperation models with platform partners, e-commerce, and chain sports stores.
- Business Development: Conduct strategic analysis regarding growth, network transformation, and emerging business areas while staying abreast of industry trends.
- Leadership: Provide valuable insights to senior management and lead team performance through objective setting and coaching.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Automotive Dealer Development (volume or premium brands).
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Network Planning, Dealer Implementation, Performance Management, and Training is a must.
- Competencies: Demonstrated success in simplifying and standardizing business processes across a cross-functional organization.
- Leadership: Highly developed leadership, coaching, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Soft Skills: Driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluent English communication (written and verbal) is required.
