Microsoft Engineer - IT Consultant
Job Description :
- Shifting
- Manage , configure, and maintain related to Microsoft Environment
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users related to M365 issues
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure components.
- Deliver documentation related to microsoft products for monthly reports
- Coordinate with microsoft principal teams to deliver solutions ( if escalation needed )
- Create and update technical documentation for IT staff and end-users related to microsoft products
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have min 3 years experience in Microsoft Exchange, O365 AD
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Active Directory Security, Azure AD, O365, SQL Server, Windows Server
- Certification ( Optional ) : MCSA, MCSE, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
