Job Description:
- Develop and establish new strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare service providers
- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with healthcare partners to ensure a steady flow of patient referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive target mapping and market analysis to identify and capitalize on potential referral sources.
- Achieve and be held accountable for individual and departmental revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit regular activity and visit reports to senior management.
- Ensure all referral services are delivered in accordance with the company’s strict clinical policies and service procedures.
- Perform other hospital-related duties and strategic projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree is required; a Master of Hospital Administration (MARS) or Master of Management (MM) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in medical referrals or business development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a professional appearance suitable for high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Highly target-oriented with strong achievement motivation and strategic thinking abilities.
- Must be willing to be placed and operate within the Bandung area.
