KOL Lead (Jakarta Based) - Retail Beauty & Shapewear Industry
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a dynamic Retail Beauty and Shapewear Company in North Jakarta, who are looking for talent for KOL Lead. This role will be responsible for leading and developing the overall KOL & Influencer Marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in managing large-scale budgets, end-to-end campaign execution, and building a robust influencer ecosystem across various tiers. The position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in high-budget conversion-oriented campaigns, strong negotiation skills, and a deep passion for the beauty and fashion trends.

Job Description:
- Strategy Development: Lead and develop the overall KOL & Influencer Marketing strategy aligned with brand identity, major campaigns, and revenue targets.
- Ecosystem Management: Build, manage, and expand a diverse KOL network ranging from micro to mega-influencers and celebrities.
- Campaign Ownership: Oversee end-to-end influencer initiatives, including selection, negotiation, briefing, execution, and comprehensive post-campaign evaluation.
- Financial Accountability: Manage and optimize KOL/affiliate budgets (above 600mio/month), ensuring high ROI, conversion, and sales impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams to synchronize influencer activities with product launches.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on reach, engagement, and conversion, providing strategic recommendations to management.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify new influencer formats, emerging platforms, and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge in the beauty industry.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor the KOL team, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining long-term relationships with top-tier talents and agencies.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, with a maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably within the Beauty, FMCG, or Lifestyle sectors.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale influencer campaigns and mid-to-mega tier talents.
- Demonstrated experience managing significant monthly budgets (above 600mio) with specific conversion and revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing funnel (Awareness to Retention) and digital culture.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and strategic thinking skills.
- Highly organized and proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full WFO in Pluit, North Jakarta.
