Job Opening: Financial Controller - Properties Industry Job (Executive Jobs)

Responsibilities: 
1. Ensure Company Finances by preparing budget analysis, financial forecasts and timely and accurate reporting 
2. Carry out budgeting controller for each department 
3. Conducting usage analysis in each department 
4. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-term planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions 
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners to identify their needs and seek various business solutions 
6. Design, coordinate and evaluate policy finance administration 
7. Provide advice to Management on the financial implications of business activities 
8. Coordinate with each department head regarding the submission and use of the budget in each department 
9. Able to establish good relations with banks 

Requirements: 
1. Min S1 in Finance or Accounting (if a Master's degree will be preferred) 
2. Minimum 5 years experience as Finance Controller in Property company Development 
3. Understand the Property Development finance workflow 
4. Have experience in setting up a Finance system from the start (SOP, Flow, etc.) 
5. Strong in doing budget analysis and control 
6. Have a strong leadership side in developing the team 
7. Have an honest and humble personality
