IT Supervisor (Technical – Microsoft Dynamics 365) - Jakarta Based

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with manufacturing of plastic building materials and other plastic products Company, who are looking for talent for IT Supervisor. This role will be responsible for support and enhance ERP system implementation within the manufacturing sector. This role involves configuring and customizing Dynamics applications, supporting Finance & Accounting teams in system setup and reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Job Description:

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
Support Finance & Accounting teams in system setup, financial reporting, and compliance.
Conduct user acceptance tests, deliver training, and assist users during implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth ERP operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., LCS Azure) and programming languages.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and ERP-related processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
