IT Project Leader – Odoo System Design & Development ( Pekanbaru Based)
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Bakery & Café / Retail Food & Beverage Company, who are looking for talent for their IT Project Leader – Odoo System Design & Development, This role will be responsible for Oversee IT support related to finance systems including hardware, software, financial database safety, security, and disaster planning.

Job Description:
- Design the program architecture and structure for the Odoo application used across all company divisions.
- Develop and customize the designed system to better fit the needs of end users.
- Collaborate closely with Project Stakeholders (PS) to ensure the designed Odoo application meets functional and operational requirements.
- Implement and deploy the application across multiple device platforms, including mobile and desktop.
- Conduct post-launch maintenance, ensuring stability and continuous system improvements after the final release.
Requirements:
Educational background in Information Technology, Programming, and hands-on experience with
Odoo ERP software.Strong understanding of the operational and functional needs of all departments within the company.
Familiar with the internal workflows, mechanisms, and procedural systems used in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Sound knowledge of project management fundamentals, including initiation, planning, execution, closing, and evaluation.
