Human Resource Manager - Constructions
Responsibilities:
- Develops organization strategies by identifying human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization on human capital strategic thinking and directions.
- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, ISO compliance, general HR administration and labour relations.
- Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining productivity strategies; designing HRM systems; accumulating HRM intelligence resources; resolving HR problems; and implementing change in the organization.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Accomplishes special HR project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfilment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; and evaluating optional courses of action and direction.
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating HR policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
- Guides employees on career enrichment and development by designing career path structure and continuous learning program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Extra points for a Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
- Have had experiences at least 8 years in Human Resources field at Constructions.
- Good understanding of HR regulations and foreign employee regulations, and experience in managing expatriate employee and their formalities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR strategic, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Strategic thinker with a business mindset with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
