We are seeking a strategic and highly capable HR Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to lead the entire human resources function. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization has a high-quality workforce and a compliant, productive work environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the communication gap with stakeholders while overseeing end-to-end HR operations—from recruitment and industrial relations to payroll and organizational change—ensuring all policies align with company objectives and Indonesian labor regulations.

Job Description:
- Workforce Planning: Ensure workforce needs are fulfilled in both quality and quantity to support manufacturing operations.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, systems, and procedures that align with corporate standards.
- Talent Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee training, and professional development programs.
- Performance Management: Design and oversee employee performance evaluation processes to drive productivity and accountability.
- Industrial Relations: Handle employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring a positive and stable work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the management of compensation, payroll, benefits, and pension schemes.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead organizational change initiatives and foster a work culture that is compliant with health, safety, and welfare standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective and professional relationships with both internal management and external regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HR Management role.
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking) is a mandatory requirement to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HR management principles and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities with high integrity.
- Competencies: Solid managerial and organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Location: Willing to be based in the Bogor area.
