HR Manager (Bali Based) - FMCG (Mineral Water / Food & Beverage)

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with FMCG (Mineral Water / Food & Beverage) Company, who are looking for talent for HR Manager. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end human resources function within FMCG manufacturing operations in Bali. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with strong expertise in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations. The position plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening workforce capability, and fostering a positive and productive work environment, particularly within mineral water or food manufacturing operations.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and operational needs within FMCG manufacturing environments.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and workforce optimization.
  • Oversee HR operational activities such as payroll administration, attendance management, BPJS compliance, employee data administration, and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Design and implement training, development, and employee engagement programs to enhance skills, retention, and productivity.
  • Partner closely with department heads to support organizational development initiatives and continuous productivity improvement.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Support company culture initiatives and maintain a positive, compliant, and engaged workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience within FMCG, preferably in mineral water, food manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience handling HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations in a manufacturing-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational, and production-oriented organization.
  • Willingness to be placed in Bali.
