HR Assistant Manager (Jakarta Based) – Manufacturing Industry
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a reputable manufacturing enterprise who are looking for a highly capable and results-oriented HR Assistant Manager. Based in Jakarta, this position plays a pivotal role in leading end-to-end human capital operations, spanning strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and HRIS optimization. The ideal candidate will combine a solid background in organizational psychology with deep expertise in Indonesian labor regulations, driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance across manufacturing plant environments and affiliate offices.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Talent Management: Oversee strategic talent acquisition, onboarding, talent pipeline mapping, and retention strategies to meet manpower requirements across operational and corporate departments.
- Learning & Performance Management: Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning and development programs alongside performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs) to elevate employee productivity and organizational capabilities.
- Labor Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure full adherence to Indonesian employment regulations, labor laws, and industrial relations standards; act as a subject matter expert on policy formulation and audit readiness.
- HRIS Operations & Optimization: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data governance, seamless workflows, and insightful HR analytics.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Assist, coordinate, and collaborate with internal department heads, corporate subsidiaries, and business affiliates to align human resource strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Supervisory & Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, daily mentorship, and task execution oversight to the HR administrative and operational team members.
- Reporting & Administration: Oversee all routine HR administrative functions, manage personnel documentation, and prepare periodic management reports for senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years serving in a similar supervisory or Assistant Managerial capacity.
- Mandatory Industry Experience: Solid background coming from Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Assembly/Production sectors is highly preferred.
- Deep, profound knowledge of strategic HR planning, workforce forecasting, and full-spectrum HR operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws, employment regulations, BPJS, and industrial relations practices.
- Demonstrated hands-on track record in talent sourcing, instructional design/L&D frameworks, performance appraisal cycles, and HRIS management.
- Strong supervisory, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for executive communications and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
