We are seeking high-caliber sales leaders for both National and Regional levels to drive revenue growth, partner channel performance, and sales productivity. These roles are at the core of the Home Business Unit, requiring a strong governance mindset and the ability to enhance field execution through the Discipline of Performance (DOP) model. Job Description National Level :

  • Lead national and regional sales operations to deliver revenue and growth targets across all markets and segments of Home Business.
  • Ensure consistent performance management, target achievement, and local market development.
  • Enhance sales productivity, capability building, and operational excellence through the DOP (Discipline of Performance) model.
  • Orchestrate partner channel management, including distributors, resellers, and community channels, to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with Product, Marketing, Channel, and Operations teams to drive consistent go-to-market execution, optimized sales support, and unified growth outcomes.

Job Description Regional Level:

  • Foster regional sales performance across all Home BU segments by managing daily execution, lead conversion, and customer acquisition activities.
  • Direct rollout plans into actionable sales targets and territory strategies, incorporating inputs from market sensing, app-based routing, and shop generated leads.
  • Envision sales KPIs, including net adds, churn attribution, and revenue realization, ensuring alignment with business goals and incentive frameworks.
  • Drive collaboration with Channel and Telesales teams to ensure consistent execution across DOPs, vertical markets, and outsourced telesales agents.
  • Govern customer relationship management at regional level, including post-sales coordination, scheduling, and frontline issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management or related (required); Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in sales leadership, channel strategy, or sales operations within the Telecom, FMCG, or platform-based industries.
  • Leadership: Proven success in leading large regional teams (for L2) and at least 5+ years in leadership roles (for L1.5).
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in Sales Leadership, Channel Management, CRM, or Strategic Sales Planning are highly preferred.
  • Competencies: High-performing mindset, strong business acumen, strategy foresight, and excellence in growth & development leadership.
