This position will be reporting to Sales Director and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals..

Job Description:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the region.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to drive market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the East Java market and its key players.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
