Job Descriptions:

 Financial Planning and Budgeting:

Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze budget variances, monitor expenditure, and recommend adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections to aid in business planning.

 Cost Management and Analysis:

Collaborate with production and operations teams to monitor production costs and analyze variances.
Develop cost-saving initiatives by analyzing raw material usage, labor, and production efficiency.
Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance in alignment with company goals.

 Financial Reporting and Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
Coordinate with auditors to support annual audits and manage findings to improve financial processes.
Oversee tax compliance and filing, and ensure adherence to all local, national, and industry-specific tax regulations.

 Cash Flow and Treasury Management:

Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs and capital projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and handle credit lines, loans, and investments.
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely collection and payment processes.

 Inventory and Cost Accounting:

Implement accurate costing methods, specifically for inventory management within the palm oil manufacturing process.
Ensure regular audits of inventory and manage cost allocations for raw materials, production, and distribution.

Job Requirements:

Education min Bachelor Degree of Accounting.
Having experience in Finance & Accounting min 7 Years in Palm Oil Refinery or any relevant manufacturing industries.
Max age 35 years old.
Fluent English skill is a must (verbal and written)
Excellent in Microsoft Excel, SAP (Fico Module) is a MUST
Well understanding of Tax Regulation and Tax Audit Process.
Well understanding of Finance Transaction, Banking Transaction, and Internal Control of Accounting.
Preferrable domicile in Dumai, Pekanbaru or Riau province area or Sumatera area
