We are seeking a leader to define the end-to-end product, partnership, and brand strategy for the Home Business Unit. This role requires a balance of creative brand strategy and data-driven decision-masing to ensure portfolio profitability and customer value realization. You will lead the entire product lifecycle, manage strategic partnerships, and align marketing investments with competitive benchmarking to drive market share and maintain brand equity in a highly competitive market.

Job Description:
- Lead strategic planning and execution of the Home Business portfolio, covering product lifecycle management, pricing, and positioning to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies that strengthen brand equity, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to enhance product value propositions and ecosystem integration.
- Ensure go-to-market alignment with Sales and Channel teams to ensure consistent customer experience and campaign execution.
- Enhance business performance through analytics, market insights, and competitive benchmarking to optimize marketing investments and portfolio outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required); Master’s degree or strategic leadership education (preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing, product management, or business development, with proven capability in portfolio growth and brand leadership.
- Certifications in Marketing, Product Management, or Brand Strategy (e.g., CIM, AMA, PMP) are preferred.
