Head of Digital Marketing (South Jakarta Based) - Southeast Asia (SEA) Scope
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a growing Dental-focused business, who are looking for talent for Head of Digital Marketing. This role will be responsible for building and leading the digital marketing function from the ground up across Southeast Asia. This role plays a critical part in designing and scaling digital ecosystems, driving patient acquisition, and establishing brand positioning in multiple regional markets. The position requires a strategic builder with extensive experience in multi-entity environments, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven track record of managing regional digital performance at scale.
Job Description:
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEA digital marketing strategy, building the entire function (team, tools, and processes) from scratch to align with expansion plans.
- Channel Management: Oversee all digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SEO/SEM, and email marketing, with a heavy focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
- Brand & Content Development: Lead the content strategy and brand positioning across all digital touchpoints to ensure consistency and brand talkability in diverse regional markets.
- Data & ROI Optimization: Establish KPIs and performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize conversion funnels and maximize marketing budget ROI.
- Infrastructure & Tech: Select and implement the digital marketing stack, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools, ensuring seamless ecosystem integration.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing digital team while collaborating with regional stakeholders, clinics, and operations across multiple countries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in building digital marketing functions from scratch (zero-to-one environment).
- Experience managing regional / multi-country (SEA) campaigns is highly preferred.
- Background in group companies or multi-business environments is a strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); willing to travel across Southeast Asia as required.
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta.
