GM Marketing - Beverages Category
- Formulate Marketing Strategy and Brand Strategy in order to achieve short term and long term objectives
- Formulate guidelines to Marketing Team in order to cascade Marketing Strategy into action
- Translate marketing strategy into marketing mixes policies to realize consistent and strong brand positioning.
- Product innovation
- Drive multimedia strategy
- Monitor, analyze and report facts and insights on customers, consumer needs and trends in order to maximize intelligent use of consumer insight and accurate market information as input for marketing activities and policies.
- Control and supervise the implementation of marketing activities including brand building, NPD, and Marketing Mix Control and supervise the implementation of marketing activities including brand building, NPD, and Marketing Mix
- Coach and develop talents
- Train and coach Marketing Team on Strategic and Technical Marketing skills
Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 Years of solid experience in the Marketing field of the Consumer Goods Industry
- Minimum 5 Years experience in the Senior Leadership Role of Marketing
- Hands-on Experience in the P&L management
- Well experience in the Digital Marketing landscape
- Having an E-commerce experience is an advantage
- Strong Leadership and Management
- Fluent in English is a must
