General Service Head (Tangerang Based) - Financial Services Industry
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a prominent Financial Services Company located in Tangerang. We are seeking a highly organized and strategic General Service Head (General Affair) to lead their operational support division. This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s internal household operations, managing corporate assets, and ensuring seamless administrative compliance across both the head office and regional branches. The ideal candidate will be a decisive leader with a strong background in the financial or insurance industry, capable of managing complex logistics, security, and regulatory permits while maintaining high standards of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

Job Description:
- Operational Management: Direct and develop work programs in line with company targets to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Household & Procurement: Manage all household needs for the head office and branches, including budget planning, procurement, and maintenance of facilities.
- Asset Management: Oversee the recording, maintenance, and periodic reconciliation of all company assets to ensure data accuracy.
- Logistics & Travel: Supervise transportation and accommodation arrangements for Directors and employees, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Security & Safety: Maintain the security of assets and facilities while implementing OHS protocols to minimize operational risks.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage company archives and personal data management in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Permit Management: Monitor the validity of all branch office permits and taxes. Ensure the head office complies with all necessary permits (excluding specific legal/capital market regulations).
- Vendor Management: Oversee outsourcing contracts related to household and facility needs.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
- Language: Active English communication skills are required.
- Preferred Skills: Prior experience working with expatriates is highly preferable.
- Competencies: Proactive, organized, and possesses the courage to make quick, effective decisions.
- Location: Willing to be based at the Head Office in Tangerang.
