Leads financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk control. Ensures compliance with regulations and provides strategic financial planning to support company growth.

Job Description:
- Oversee daily accounting and financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Lead, train, and develop the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and long-term financial planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 3 years in finance, including 2 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
- Strong knowledge in corporate accounting, taxation, and auditing.
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5), English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Big Four experience is a plus.
