Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Gaming Accessories Company, who are looking for talent for Finance Manager. Leads financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk control. Ensures compliance with regulations and provides strategic financial planning to support company growth.

Job Description:
- Oversee daily accounting and financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Lead, train, and develop the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and long-term financial planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 3 years in finance, including 2 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
- Strong knowledge in corporate accounting, taxation, and auditing.
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5), English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Big Four experience is a plus.
