Finance Manager (Jakarta Based) - Food & Beverage (F&B)

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Food & Beverage (F&B), Coffee Chain, Retail, Hospitality Company, who are looking for talent for their Java Developer. This position will be reporting to CFO and will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, managing the finance team, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis.

Job Description:

Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to optimize team output.
Provide training and mentorship to finance staff.
Establish and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Optimize cash flow management and working capital.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to provide financial insights.
Support decision-making by providing financial models and business performance analysis.
Assist in cost control measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
Develop and implement the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
Monitor budget execution and track variances against forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Work with external auditors and tax consultants for accurate and timely filings.
Manage financial risk and regulatory compliance to minimize exposure.
Identify cost-saving opportunities across business operations.
Implement financial strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Support procurement and inventory management in cost control initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Solid knowledge of tax lad interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yonyou etc) and Microsoft Excel.ws, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills and time management skills
Experience with International company or MNC as a plus
