Job Description:
- Financial Reporting: Manage and oversee accounting functions to process financial data and produce accurate, timely financial reports for management.
- Strategic Analysis: Plan and analyze financial data to support leadership in decision-making related to investments, business expansion, and daily operations.
- Taxation & Compliance: Plan, coordinate, and control all company tax obligations, ensuring reporting and payments comply with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Treasury & Cash Flow: Manage and control company cash flow, including meticulous oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Budgeting & Monitoring: Lead the preparation of company budgets and monitor utilization to ensure funds are used effectively and efficiently.
- Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and control financial and accounting systems and procedures to minimize financial risks and improve accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Guide, supervise, and delegate tasks clearly to the finance and accounting team, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Operational Supervision: Coordinate and supervise all internal financial activities to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Management Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking) is a mandatory requirement for stakeholder communication.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and taxation principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) is required.
- Software: Experience using Accurate accounting software is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent financial analysis skills with strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Competencies: High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Location: Willing to be based in the Bogor area.
