Export Import Admin - Mandarin Speaker (Bogor Based)

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a leading Raw Material Food and Beverage Manufacturing company in Bogor, who are looking for talent for Export Import Admin (Mandarin Speaker). This role will be responsible for the full spectrum of international trade documentation and data management, ensuring all export-import activities are recorded accurately and comply with regulations. This role plays a critical part in bridging communication between the local operations and expatriate management, while also supporting quality assurance in the packaging process. The position requires a detail-oriented administrator with strong bilingual capabilities and a solid understanding of Indonesian customs procedures.

Job Description:

  • Data Management: Perform accurate and timely input of export sales and import purchase data; maintain meticulous records of accounts receivable and payable related to trade.
  • Documentation & Archiving: Prepare and verify the completeness of all shipping documents (PI, PL, BL, etc.) and ensure systematic archiving for audit and management purposes.
  • Mandarin Coordination: Act as the primary focal point for communication and coordination with expatriate management regarding all export-import status and challenges.
  • Compliance & Quotas: Assist in the monitoring and management of export/import quotas in accordance with the latest government regulations and trade policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate monthly export and import performance reports to the Exim Manager and Director.
  • Quality & Packaging Support: Support the implementation of quality checks within the packaging process, including coordinating swab tests according to industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with all internal departments to support workflow efficiency and resolve any administrative bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Business, Logistics, or International Trade is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Export-Import administration (Highly capable fresh graduates will be considered).
  • Fluency in Mandarin (Spoken & Written) is mandatory for daily reporting and coordination with expatriates.
  • Solid understanding of Customs Declaration (Pemberitahuan Ekspor/Impor) and international trade documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a logical and patient approach to complex paperwork.
  • Proactive attitude with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to be based in Bogor, West Java.
